It takes about 24 hours for the redness and swelling to subside, within the first 24 hour period is when the majority of the recovery process takes place. Full recovery takes about 2 weeks, although, if you have a weaker immune system, or another health issue, it can take up to 6 weeks to completely recover from a microneedling treatment, please note, this is not typical though.
